Volunteer PHX is a national event management and volunteer coordination company specializing in large-scale events with 40,000-plus attendance. We consult, plan, design, convert, execute, and finalize the major events that bring communities together.

Our approach pairs seasoned operators with a diverse, dedicated volunteer core. The result is events that scale to thousands, yet still feel personal for every attendee, partner, and city we serve.

2005

Founded as Volunteer DET

We launched in Detroit with a simple belief: great events are powered by great people. Our volunteer-first model was born.

2013

Phoenix headquarters

We expanded west, establishing our headquarters in Phoenix and rebranding as Volunteer PHX to serve events nationwide.

Today

197 events and counting

Four Super Bowls, two Final Fours, two Frozen Fours, and seventeen Grand Prix races later, we keep raising the bar for what an event can be.
